Do you create your own programs?
Yes! While some of our basic concepts are available elsewhere, teambonding manages to put a fresh spin on everything we do. This often includes novel ways to customize an event to your company, an outing theme, etc. Our clients keep coming back because we offer a highly original range of Innovative Games designed to train and bond your team efficiently and painlessly. Invariably, these events are loaded with challenge. Humor. Fun. Surprise. And invariably, their benefits continue to make positive waves long after all the pingpong balls, harmonicas, costumes and spy paraphernalia have been packed away.
How are teambonding's training and team building events unique?
We do offer versions of same team building events you may find elsewhere (scavenger hunts, mini-Olympics, etc.). However, we find these to be much more effective when combined with a series of creative learning programs you won't find anywhere else. These are teambonding's Innovative Games. Innovative Games. Innovative Games do not fit neatly into one team building or training category, because they combine the tools and exercises of many of the other events into one encompassing program.

Each Innovative Game is comprised of three main components:
- Theme. The theme of a game weaves all exercises and tools into one cohesive program. The theme also helps motivate participants to immerse themselves in the game. A theme must be exciting and playful, but can't be silly or childish – otherwise, most participants will simply refuse to play along.
- Primary Objective. While playing Innovative Games, participants are given an opportunity to practice many different team skills. But all are designed to focus primarily on your specific subject or training topic.
- Exercises and learning tools. While other training and team building events often use only one exercise to teach lessons, Innovative Games employ a combination of approaches to train the participants.
Some Innovative Games include a training module. This is an extensive training program that follows the play portion of the game. Some include a de-briefing, which is a short moderated discussion following the play. Customized de-briefings can also be designed for a client's specific needs. Other events are completely effective with no de-briefing whatsoever.
Innovative Games offered by teambonding include:
- Mission Possible (training event for Communication)
- Power Play (training event for Problem Solving)
- TeamCuisine (team building event for Cooperation and Teamwork)
- Corporate Survivor (team building event for Trust and Bonding)
- In the Company of Killers (team-based murder mystery for Team Decision Making)
- Secret Agent Man (team-based event for ice breaking and creative thinking)

We're always developing new Innovative Games that focus topics like Negotiation Skills and Leadership.

Will you travel to our location? Does this cost extra? Who handles travel plans?
We are set up to travel – from our perspective, it's part of the game. Many of our programs involve local facilitators. Otherwise, we travel lightly, sending our lead facilitator and hiring from our network of local facilitators to assist. We try to keep costs down to insure that travel is not an issue when hiring us. And yes, we're happy to handle all travel arrangements.

What if our people don't like to participate group programs?
Our staff is very effective at getting people involved right from the start. All of our events are engaging, non-stressful, and energetic. Within minutes, most people are participating, taking on active roles and having fun. Our programs have nearly 100% involvement and terrific post-program feedback.
How much lead time do you need for a program?
Our favorite question! Sometimes a client will contact us 6 months in advance, wondering if this is too late. The next call we get may be for a program needed the following week. We recently delivered a program for Phillip Morris at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington on a Tuesday. The event had been booked on the prior Saturday. We flew down on Sunday, did our research and made the event a big hit. Please contact us now and let us know your timeline; we'll let you know what we can do to help (and how quickly)!
Who are your facilitators?
teambonding's professional facilitators are a special breed. Having this much fun day in and day out requires someone who is intelligent, articulate, contagiously energetic and personable. Each of our experts has the background and sensitivity to perfectly balance corporate realities with pure, unbridled fun. Each is equipped to keep your comfort level very high while spreading excitement among your group and achieving your desired results. This is all accomplished with a level of service and attention to detail rarely encountered in today's fast-forward business environment.
How much do you charge?
Programs typically range from $1,500 - $5,000 depending upon the size of your team. However, each program is completely customized to your specific needs and agenda. We'll be happy to quote you a price once we understand your goals and objectives. Give us a call, or fill out a simple proposal request to get your quote.
